Hi, I’m Rachel.
Salt & Prepped was born out of my own desire to feed my family healthy, homemade meals without sacrificing the time I wanted to spend with them.
As a wife, working mom of four, and someone with a professional background in nutrition, I realized the biggest challenge wasn't cooking, it was the endless cycle of planning, grocery shopping, meal prep, and cleanup. The mental load that quietly consumes so much of our capacity. I started Salt & Prepped because I believed busy families shouldn't have to choose between nourishing meals and being present.
Today, our chefs do far more than cook. We become a trusted part of your home, taking meals completely off your plate so you can spend more time around the table, and less time worrying about how the food gets there.
